animals and desperation :P

so, its 11:02 am on a friday morning. I dont have classes on fridays and I have an on call for work later tonight so its just a day for me so far. I get tired of these days bc it gets pretty boring. I should be grateful for it though huh? I'm watching animal cops bc there isnt much on. will change the channel soon though bc this show is so depressing. I looove animals. and to see that ppl treat animals like they do on this show breaks my heart. I currently have 2 dogs and a cat. the dogs are Georgia- a chow and border collie mix. and Dixie- a black lab and great pyranese mix. Dixie is a grumpy big dog and Georgia is so fun and loving. I've had her ever since she was 4 months old when we rescued her from near death in the state of Georgia. Hence the name :). The kitty is named patrick. Hes fat and the typical lazy sun-bathing cat. I love him to death. he loves to be pet and likes to lick even though his tongue hurts haha. 

anyways, i think i wanna do some research to search some other blog sites. bc i feel like im not getting any publicity on this one lol. i know my blogs arent super exciting. but it would just be nice to have some followers and even follow ppl to read posts. IF anyone reads this, lol, follow me!

birthday

Is it me or is writing on a dry erase board the funnest thing ever? haha. so my birthday is coming up soon. I will be turning 20. If you're awesome, you would know about Loteria. well my birthday party is gonna be a loteria party. My uncle will be throwing it for me and its also gonna be a costume party where we dress up as loteria characters. I cant wait. idk who i want to dress up as yet. probably El Apache or El Valiente. BTW, Loteria is mexican bingo.
people are waiting for me to email them my wish list of what i want. I only thought of three things. its so hard to think of what i want. So far its just a gift card for amazon, rosetta stone for spanish, and a camera bag for my canon.
Now, I have been trying to learn spanish for about 5 or 6 years now. Through high school and my own personal summer classes. I grew up as spanish being a big part of my life. my dads side of the family is mexican and im so ashamed that i have not learned spanish yet. I know a great deal, but i want to be very fluent and comfortable with it. I am definitely hoping to get rosetta stone :). Im thinking of also asking for an iPOD doc for my iphone 4 but i already have nice bose speakers. I just like that the docs have a radio and it charges.
anyways, im making a pizza before work. I work in retail at a childrens store. for about a yr now. pay sucks and customers are mean, but my coworkers and managers are awesome and really good friends of mine.

So Naive

Well, havent been on here in about 2 years. I hope to make a habit of blogging. I know its just the internet, but doesnt it just feel better to put your thoughts down?? i would get a diary, but its so hard to adjust yourself from typing to actually writing. isnt it sad? 
anyways, watching the news about these riots in Yemen over this stupid video someone in america put up that degrades the Islam religion. I don't choose to think I am better than any other religion, but to be honest, i believe that my BELIEFS are more civilized that most. 

Agnostic:

a person who holds that the existence of the ultimate cause,as God, and the essential nature of things are unknown and unknowable, or that human knowledge is limited to experience.

There is no physical proof of all these Gods. Do you really think that if there was a God or Jesus, he would make us have these shallow close minded and intolerable beliefs of man kind? He died for us to be cleansed of our sins and live happily with our brothers and sisters. it seems to be that God is a flip flopper. Lol. Or are we just making up as we go along? that's what it seems like to me. I may not believe in an all mighty presence, but i DO believe we should love and be loved by family, friends, and our neighbors. Nothing makes me more angry than those people out there who suppress the freedoms of others and/or believe they are as mighty as "God" just bc they live their naive lives through a book. now to clarify, I don't hate people who are religious. I hate religion that is used to brain wash people.
